Yangshuo Hotel Inspection

On November 7th, 2009, marketing personnel and tour consultants at China Odyssey Tours made an inspection on hotels in Yangshuo, Guilin, one of the most beautiful cities in China. The inspection, one of our regular activities for service improvement, aimed to provide comfortable hotels for our customers.          

We had visited the newly opened hotels and our partner hotels. In each hotel, we had made detailed evaluation on check-in service, room facilities, dinning service, room service, recreational facilities and transportation. We attached special attention to those, which are most concerned by our customers, like comfort of beds, bathing conditions, staff’s English competence and western foods. We took many pictures of equipments and surroundings of each hotel, and handed out some questionnaires regarding services they could provide. All of these would be further discussed by our hotel expert team for deciding which hotel to co-operate in the future.

According to the inspection, we’d got a better knowledge of hotels and services in Yangshuo and would figure out those hotels with nice facilities and excellent services which could meet various needs of our clients.
